We offer a full refund on new, unworn merchandise provided that we are notified of a return request with in 10 days following receipt of delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

In order to be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unworn and in it's original condition. We do carefully inspect all items, so please practice good karma and be careful when trying on items (i.e. remove jewelry, do not apply perfume).

If the item(s) is not in its original condition (I.e. pet hair, makeup stains, smoke or food odour, visibly worn, etc.) you will be responsible for loss in value, and not eligible for a refund. The items will be shipped back to you at your cost, or donated upon request.

 Our policy is valid for 10 days following receipt of delivery. If 10 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an account credit or exchange. 


 Please note : All items purchased under Promotional Sales & Pre Orders are non Refundable. 

All items on SALE are non refundable , sale items may be exchanged only for products that are in stock only and of equal cost. Shipping for exchange to and from, must be covered by customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Also, please send an email to info@codevitesse.com indicating the items being returned, the reason for the return, and the tracking number of the shipment so we can keep our eyes out for it and process your return as quickly as possible.

Retail Customer Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if it qualifies for a full or partial credit. Partial credits will be applied if we suspect the item has been worn. Credits will automatically be applied to your account which you can put toward replacing the item or ordering something else from our collection.

Wholesale Customer Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If items are being returned for any reason other than manufacturer defect or error, or damage during shipping, a 15% restocking fee will apply (calculated as Wholesale Price of item x 15%) The restocking fee will be deducted from the wholesale cost of the item to calculate the amount of the credit to be applied to your account. We will also notify you of the amount of your account credit, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your wholesale account. You can then apply that credit to replace the item(s) or put the credit toward your next collection order.

Late or missing credits
If you haven’t received your credit in a timely fashion please contact us immediately at info@codevitesse.com

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be added to your account.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will process the return on the gift giver's account and apply the credit to the gift giver's account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In the case of manufacturer defect or damaged caused due to shipping, your shipping costs will be added to your account credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your shipments to be received will vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
